Hello,
My name is Christian . I am 18 years old and I am English born and bred. I live in the city of Stoke-on-Trent in the Staffordshire area of England. I am a reptile breeder by trade and have over 12 years experience of keeping these animals.
I have had a keen interest in all animals ever since I was born really. I have to thank my Granddad really for setting off my interest in reptiles and similar animals, as it was him that taught me from the ages of 2 years old how to catch wall lizards correctly and how to hold a snake and catch one with a paint roller and a pillow case. Then with the help of my slightly older brother we would often go out to the park and such and catch frogs, insects, newts and so on. When we went abroad we both used to catch lizards, snakes, and even bats and used to admire them before letting them go. We also used to keep a few things for a short time and breed them. My brother grew out of this but I seem to have kept my granddads passion and still enjoy finding animals but also keeping and breeding them. So from a very young age I have always loved animals, mainly reptiles, fish, amphibians and invertebrates. Over the years I have gained more and more knowledge and experience of keeping, breeding selling exotic animals. I have worked in and got pet shop experience, so I know the pet trade well, but I also know a small amount about medical side of reptiles from learning from my own reptile vet Hannah Bould who is also a good friend to me. I also help maintain a wildlife garden that is a safe haven to native British animals. Also have an allotment that has crop and food growing on it.
I believe children are the future and for this very reason I go into schools to teach children about animals and I take animals to make it more practical and enjoyable for them. I have a large collection of animals, both common and uncommon ones. As stated I like all animals but my main favourites are sand boas and leopard geckos or which I own a lot of each as well.
I take on unwanted animals or ill ones and get them back on there feet and I truly enjoy my job. I have worked with most reptiles, inverts and amphibians and all fresh, pond, tropical, marine and brackish fish. I Do not consider my self a expert though as I feel there is always more to learn from both old and new keepers and from the animals them self. So I have a lot of experience with a lot of animals.
I also hold 100% feeding record with snakes as I have methods to get all snakes to eat without having relied on live feeding.
Animals are my life but I also enjoy a lot of other things such as rugby but I sadly can’t play anymore due to a medical reason. I enjoy chatting to other people about a lot of things, both in person and online, I enjoy watching films, bands play, listening to music, going out to parties, seeing mates and much more.
To sum up I am a funny and nice lad that enjoys keeping animals and does not take life too seriously.

Theres alot there but thought if am gonna introduce my self then i masewell do it correctly. I am a member of a few big forums but prefer smaller comunity type ones as the threads dont get over the top and crowded.

p.s. if my spelling is abit off then i am sorry, but i suffer dyslexia.
